We deliver a range of IT related courses (both independently and on behalf of Business Gateway). The aim of these courses is to help you operate your business more effectively.

Business Gateway training courses:

IT for Business (Free of charge)

This provides a basic introduction to the hardware and software used within a typical office environment. It also introduces website creation; domain names and website hosting; as well as various options for creating a website.

Improve your Search Engine Ranking (Free of charge)

This course provides more detail on how to optimise your website for search engines. It covers many simple optimisation techniques; the various free tools available within Google; and some ideas on the use of Social Media.

Trading Electronically (Free of charge)

This course looks at the various aspects of trading online, from selecting payment processors to the legal obligations placed upon you.

Introduction to web page creation (Free of charge)

This is currently our most popular course. This is an intensive hands-on learning programme which introduces the client to the html code that sits behind websites. Various other routes to creating a website will be explored enabling the client to make an informed decision.
